Luisa Carrasquero, MD, FAAP

Dr. Carrasquero was born and raised in Venezuela . She graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela, Escuela de Medicina Luis Razetti. She took her Pediatric Residency Training at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital Pediatric Residency Program. After that she worked one year as a neonatal hospitalist at the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Prior to this she worked in Venezuela as General Physician for 1 year at an underserved area and for 1 year at the Emergency Room in a Community hospital in Caracas-Venezuela. She is a Board Certified Pediatrician & a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
